LEAP DAY Wine Dinner with Campo Viejo

Our wonderful chef and sommelier have put together a 5 wine & 4 course pairing menu to celebrate Leap Day with the incredible Campo Viejo!

We will be starting off with a welcome cava followed by 4 courses paired with a wine for each.

  • Scallop Sorentino served with lobster bisque and an herb crostini paired with a 2021 Garnacha Rose
  • Roasted Veal Sweetbreads served with a parsnip cream sauce and curry lime oil paired with a 2018 Tempernillo Reserva
  • Pork Belly served with a pistachio crumble, a pomegranate sauce, and baby eggplant stuffed with vegetable ragout paired with a 2018 Garnacha
  • Dark Chocolate Mousse served with a sesame butter cookie, candied ginger, and sesame glass paired with a 2015 Tempernillo Gran Reserva.
