Unwind and immerse in nature’s wonders on a Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) walk, a wellness practice gaining popularity worldwide. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon among the piñon, spruce & juniper at historic Rock Ledge Ranch. Thoughtful “invitations” offered on an easy path will quiet the mind, open the senses and deepen your nature relationship, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Ages 14 and up. Limited to 8 people.
