Amazing Animal Adaptations
Every animal has a unique set of skills and physical features that make them the best at living in their habitats; called adaptations. In this class for kids aged 8 – 12, we will look at various types of adaptations that make those animals the best at what they do. Each class will focus on one major type of adaptation and will have an experiment where we will try out what it is like to have those adaptations. This month we will be looking at birds. Every bird has a beak. But every beak is built different! Why are their beaks so different? We will be exploring beak shapes and their different purposes.
