Rocky Mountain Highway Music Collaborative | Manitou Springs

Awareness, Community, Careers, and Performances

Rocky Mountain Highway Music Collaborative strives to bring you the best in roots music while helping pave the way to a flourishing local live music scene. We believe music to be one of the greatest cultural foundations a community can build upon and celebrate. We proudly serve as a connection point for musicians and venues alike, building a stronger, more vibrant community. We aim to bring you events and music festivals that showcase and support local musicians and artists in both large and intimate settings.

Each year, we hold the MeadowGrass Music Festival, bringing distinctive music from local, regional, and national levels into our backyard. MeadowGrass is known for great music and its family-friendly outdoor setting for audiences of all ages. You’ll come for the music but end up leaving as part of the Rocky Mountain Highway family.

Through collaborative partnerships with people and organizations in the Pikes Peak region, the Rocky Mountain Highway Music Collaborative creates passionate support for and awareness of live music by engaging funders, sponsors, and volunteers to support artists and their music. We support artists by providing year-round performance opportunities in some of the most beautiful El Paso and Teller County venues. We encourage young musicians to share their talent with the broader community. Although currently paused, our programs will empower talented artists to advance their professional careers by teaching them to effectively work with agents, venues, publishing companies, and radio stations. Rocky Mountain Highway Music Collaborative festivals and resources help showcase emerging artists alongside nationally touring acts to a broader, more diverse audience, both within and outside the Pikes Peak region.
