We are a small Yoga Studio & Healing Arts Center nestled on the creek in the mountains at the base of Pikes Peak. We offer Nutritional Consultations with ZYTO Scans, this is a non-invasive way to take hold of your health and well-being through bio communication. We also offer different styles of Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Thai Massage (Thai Yoga Bodywork), Reiki, Breath Work, Sound Baths, and Workshops. One of our workshop specialties is our monthly New Moon Women’s Song Circle. We also teach private sessions and group classes. We look forward to connecting with our community and offering them the best in health and well-being. We welcome Tourists to come explore and have the ultimate mountain yoga experience or a relaxing Thai Massage or Reiki session!
