Designs for our 2024 Coffin Race Logo are now being accepted and the application below is currently open until July 26th with public voting beginning August 1st.
Thank you to all creatives who submitted designs for the 2023 Emma Crawford Coffin Races T-Shirt Design Contest. We received incredible submissions this year, and much appreciation to all contestants for the time spent on creating and sending in your artwork.
Out of over 1,200 votes (record high!) both online and in-person at the Chamber of Commerce, there was a tight competition between our top 5 designs.
Again, thank you to all who submitted artwork, and we look forward to seeing you at this year’s races on Saturday, October 26th in Downtown Manitou Springs.
2024 Emma Crawford Coffin Races
T-Shirt Design Competetion
Calling on community artists to submit their creative designs for the official 30th anniversary Emma Crawford Coffin Races commemorative t-shirt. The winning artist will receive $50 in Manitou Money, a coffin race T-shirt featuring their design, VIP tickets to the event, and recognition on race day. Submissions are now open until July 26, with community voting starting August 1. Designs should incorporate specific text and follow contest guidelines:
- Must include "Manitou Springs," "Emma Crawford Coffin Races," & "30th Anniversary"
- The primary subject matter should be coffin-race or Emma Crawford related.
- All entries must be original.
- Please submit digital designs as a singular .JPEG, .TIFF, .AI, .PSD, or PDF file.
- Please design your piece at a size of 16” x 20” with a resolution of 300 PPI.
- Artwork submitted on lined paper will not be accepted.
