The Avenue is your base camp for fun in the Pikes Peak area. We sit back on the hillside at the base of Pikes Peak, and are perfectly located just off U.S. Hwy 24 in the heart of Manitou Springs!

Our front door is the historic Manitou Springs shopping district lined with vintage buildings, art, galleries, boutiques, eateries, and an assortment of nightlife options!

We are a great venue to host reunions, family vacations, couples get aways, and other activities that require accommodations for 16-20 people.
