Fill out this form if you are a Colorado Winery interested in attending the Manitou Springs Colorado Wine Festival. The Wine Fest happens the first Saturday in June each year. Returning wineries have the right of first refusal. New wineries are reviewed and waitlisted on first-come, first serve basis. *NOTE: Must be Colorado-made wine to attend.
