Outlook Lodge

An enchanted retreat from in the mountains.

Tucked in the valley of picturesque Green Mountain Falls, just west of Manitou Springs, The Outlook Lodge offers guests the experience of a 5-star boutique hotel; a picture-perfect all seasons getaway for a romantic couples’ escape, girls’ weekend, or even family getaway! With a rustic feel, thoughtfully composed contemporary style, and custom furnishings, we offer both adventure and indulgence.

Originally a rectory built in 1889, this refurbished and repurposed lodge is surrounded by nature and exudes serenity amidst interior elegance and modern-day luxuries. Surrounded by the Colorado wilderness, we provide guests with a unique silent-service (local host) concierge style that cultivates the experience of being alone in the great outdoors. The scents and sounds of nature that surround you offer the ultimate experience of relaxation and rejuvenation. When night falls, we have many opportunities to enhance your stay with the S’mores, Romance, or Hot Cocoa complements. Coupled with a soak in our outdoor hot tub, or star-gazing by the fire circle, these unique experiences are the perfect way to relax in the natural surroundings of Green Mountain Falls! Or, grab a bottle of wine and head to the front porch to take in the scenery and sounds.

At an altitude of 7,800 feet, Green Mountain Falls is set in a picturesque narrow mountain valley surrounded on three sides by Pike National Forest. The town boasts some unique retails shops, several restaurants, more than 21 miles of hiking trails, and many other outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, biking, tennis, and a public art walk. Natural assets include creeks, waterfalls, a lake, rugged cliffs, forests, wildflowers, and abundant wildlife.
