St. Andrew’s Community Center (STACC) is serving Manitou Springs with compassion, connection, and care.  We are a welcoming place where individuals and families can find support, resources, and a helping hand when they need it most.  Our mission is to strengthen our community by connecting people with essential services at no cost.  We proudly offer a variety of programs designed to help meet every day needs, including food pantry, a free medical clinic, a free mental health clinic, and free haircuts.  We believe everyone deserves to feel supported, cared for, and connected to their community.
