This spacious parking area is equipped to accommodate larger vehicles, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience. The Hiawatha Gardens lot is priced at a standard rate.

This lot borders the shuttle pickup location that takes people through Manitou Springs and up to the Manitou Incline.

Shuttle stops are located one block away from the lot and all throughout Manitou Springs.

Located in the heart of downtown Manitou Springs, the Canon lot offers convenient central parking close to shops and restaurants.

Shuttle stops are located one block away from the lot and all throughout Manitou Springs.

Progressive Parking Rates – rates increase in price the longer you remain parked

We offer 30-minute free parking at all paid on-street parking spaces. You can use free 30-minute parking twice per day in separate parking sessions.

You MUST register for the free 30-minute parking at the kiosk. To do this, please follow the same process you would to pay for a space.

If you entered the wrong license plate number, please leave your ticket on your dashboard.

Please note that you can’t pay for or extend parking on Ruxton from a Downtown kiosk, or vice versa.

Fields Park

Fields Park is FREE to park at, but please follow local rules for overnight parking and other regulations.

Fields Park does not have designated long vehicle parking, but as long as the vehicle legally fits within the parking area then this location will be perfect for your parking needs, including large vehicles like RVs

Fields Park is serviced by the Route 36 Shuttle, which can take you directly to downtown Manitou Springs and the Manitou Incline.

No visitor parking is allowed on residential streets. Signs are posted and fines are steep.
