Manitou Springs is a historic mountain town at the foot of Pikes Peak. Our narrow streets and mountain geography require a balance between parking and maintaining our natural charm. Special Events may require road closures or may limit parking in certain areas. Please follow all signed detours and avoid parking in prohibited areas as they are strictly enforced. One of the best options is always to park in one of our free lots and take the FREE shuttle.
