Roxanne Eflin brings 35 years’ experience in historic preservation, downtown revitalization, community planning, heritage and cultural tourism and grant writing to her consulting work with small businesses, nonprofit organizations and municipalities. She is a skilled Tour Guide and Tour Director with work ranging from educational walking tours to multi-day regional discovery tours with national and international inbound groups. She is also a skilled public speaker and trainer in each of her specialty areas. Roxanne currently serves as Board President of the Historic Preservation Alliance of Colorado Springs. Her private and public sector experience includes serving in key positions as Executive Director for three statewide organizations and on multiple nonprofit Boards of Directors. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning/Historic Preservation, a Certificate of International Tourism Management and advanced certificates in Leadership Development.
