Splish! Splash! Family Forest Bath

Families are invited to this Spring Break “bath” for the senses and the imagination! Explore the fun and wonder of nature close up on a mindful Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku walk among the animals, creek and trees at historic Rock Ledge Ranch. Unplug, unwind and join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this peaceful wander with simple activities to immerse in nature’s treasures in a new way. Maybe you’ll even try some tea brewed from forest plants! We aim to begin promptly at 1:00. Dress for the weather!

Meet at the Gazebo by the large dirt parking lot on 30th St., adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch. Restrooms available near the trailhead.
