Finally, a yoga class that lets you still sleep in on a weekend! Join us every Saturday for a yoga class taught by LeAnne Carrouth. This class should be accessible to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. LeAnne teaches basic poses with options to add on more challenging variations, if anyone would like to. With the options of modifying or advancing the physical practice the class fits any and every body. All are welcome! Please BYOM (Bring your own mat), we do have a limited number of mats to borrow.
