Billy Strings and the Tejon Street Corner Thieves

Billy Strings plays hard and he lives hard, picking so fast and intensely that he’s known to break multiple strings per song, and basing the songs he writes on the hard lives he grew up around in the abandoned rural communities of America. The improbable child of Pantera & Doc Watson delivers EXTREME American string band music with energy levels usually associated with a box of dynamite. The industry has taken notice, he was the IBMA 2016 Momentum Awards Instrumentalist of the Year, named a “Top 10 New Country Artist” by Rolling Stone, voted #1 in The Bluegrass Situation’s Top 16 of 16 and received praise from top tastemakers in Americana from No Depression to Planet Bluegrass. Billy’s debut LP “Turmoil & Tinfoil” is out now! Get Tickets

Weighing in at an accumulative 846 pounds, The Tejon Street Corner Thieves hail from the Colorado Rockies. The outlaw blues and trash-grass pioneers forged their original brand of whiskey roots from the ground up. Honing their craft on the streets, they swiftly gained recognition from the music community with the 2015 Gazette “Best of the Springs” award. Get Tickets
