Academy Jazz Ensemble

The Academy Jazz Ensemble is a professional Jazz big band whose mission is to explore and preserve the music of America’s original art form. The membership includes the finest jazz musicians in the area, many of whom are public school teachers.

Our repertoire spans from rare and historical big band works to some of the newest original music for contemporary jazz bands. Our music book represents the passion and poise this ensemble brings to the stage. This passion makes the Academy Jazz Ensemble a unique voice in the Jazz community.

All Aboard

A group of local Manitoids, have taken the original works of Kip Ehrke, and made an 8 piece, original music band. We are happy to present, All Aboard!

Bare Bones Trombone Choir

The Bare Bones Trombone Choir exists to promote the lifelong love of the trombone through performances, interactions with children, open rehearsals, and Trombone Christmas Colorado Springs.

We perform around Colorado Springs, Colorado.

CrystalEyez

CrystalEyez is an Indie Rock Band with a Latin flair. From jazz to grunge, the diverse musical background of this 6-piece band fuses together bringing you flashbacks of classic rock swirling in jazz and blues with an alternative sound. 

Their original songs like, “Broken Heart” and “The Choice” are sure to take you on a kaleidoscope voyage. They bring a CrystalEyez’d sound to covers from The Black Keys and ZZ Tops to Haley Reinhart and Grandson.

Family Elephant

Family Elephant is a Roots-Rock band based out of Woodland Park, CO. Committed to honest song writing and a moving dance floor, the music draws influence from Rock & Roll, Blues, Funk and Country Music.

Family Elephant collaborates with and features many of the areas finest musicians and has performed at prominent Colorado festivals, including Meadowgrass, Territory Days, and Mountain of the Sun.

Front Range Big Band

THE NEW CENTURY BIG BAND was formed in October, 2002 as a “band for the community.”

The group performs regularly for special community events, park concerts, private parties and hosts the monthly BIG BAND SUNDAY at the Colorado Springs Senior Center.

Leo & the Lark

Leo & the Lark is an acoustic duet with a sound that ranges anywhere from a haunting ghost lullaby to a funk jam that you can get down to (and everything in between). Their fluid chemistry is something not only to be heard, but also seen.

Catch them currently around Colorado on the Front Range for a dynamic experience that should not be missed.

The Manitou Strings

Based in Manitou Springs, the Manitou Strings is an eclectic, band featuring Americana, old -school classics and genre-jumping  covers that run the gamut of alt country, folk, and honky tonk, plus some good ol’ roots Rock ‘n Roll.

Powerful vocals, excellent harmonies, and a few unique original songs, round out this local favorite. The band is entertaining and has a lot of fun that they just can’t hide.

Started in 2005, Tenderfoot Bluegrass Band has been a local attraction to the Pikes Peak region. Tenderfoot bluegrass Band has played Venues all along the front range. Tenderfoot is a high-energy bluegrass band.
