River Rafting

River. Cañon City boasts The Royal Gorge, considered
the "Grand Canyon" of the Arkansas River. White water

from Class IV adventure to milder Class III and II.
If it's white-knuckle thrills you're seeking, a two hour drive West to
Buena Vista will give
you a true Class V experience at Pine Creek. Probably
the most popular rafting trip in the Pike Peak region is
Browns Canyon, also in Buena Vista, Colorado.
